The following are e-mail letter
exchanges from the author to people
who asked questions.

The following are letters which were written to me and which I answered. I did not always receive a reply from my answer so I do not know always if my answer was helpful to the person who wrote. However I include all the letters here in the hope that someone might profit in some way from any of the exchanges. Comments are always welcome. You may have a better response or an idea that worked for you that might be helpful to someone.

Below are short summaries of the questions. The newest questions are at the top of the list If you would like to read the complete Question and/or Answer then click on the "Question" to view the complete letter.
