Autonomic Writing

Just sitting down and writing whatever comes to mind is a good way to see what kind of things are going on in our mind that are influencing us in ways we don't realize. Or that make up long-held opinions or precepts which we are carrying but of which we may not be totally aware. Set aside a time-ten minutes is enough, an hour is not excessive. Journaling can take us on a fascinating journey into the hidden workings of our thinking.
