The Road We Do Take

If you live on a small side street that you travel from your home to the highway, watch your speedometer and limit your speed to no more than 15 miles per hour on this road. At first you will be annoyed and racing ahead in your mind. As you continue to do the exercise you will see how your whole system slows down, becomes less anxious, your back relaxes and comes back down, you enjoy the small scenes, a neighbor's cut grass, a tree, the skyline. Another byproduct is that you will be leaving more on time since you know you can't make up for it on this road.
