Commune with Our Nature

It is always a powerful exercise to be a witness to our thoughts. At first, if we are feeling bad, it will be discouraging, because it will all seem like nothing but garbage is going on. But as we keep looking, deeper and deeper, we will learn a great deal about how our autonomic mind works. Again, the trick is to look without making any judgment. No thoughts of, "I shouldn't be thinking that," or "what a beautiful thought I am thinking."
