Alice in Wonderland

In this exercise we imagine we are growing bigger and bigger. At first we are just giants. Then we grow so large we are bigger than the trees and the buildings. In fact, now the trees and the buildings are inside us. We swallow the whole sky up and the clouds are moving inside this vastness that we have become. After a while we are so big that the whole world is in us instead of the other way around. There is a comforting feeling that comes with us being so much bigger than life, bigger than the world and its problems. We reach ourselves all the way out. We are absolutely unlimited. Remember, the mind cannot tell the difference between an imagined and a real experience. Naturally you will afterward reject this as a real happening, but the mind will register the feelings of "oneness," of "being in charge" and feeling expansive and at peace.
